Ms. Gil is presently independent contractor, providing commercial and residential real estate services for Florida Southeast area of Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties since 2002.

Ms Gil was a Staff Commercial Review Appraiser for Green Point Mortgage (North Fork Bank); reviewing appraisal reports for all type of commercial properties. She was a Staff Commercial Appraiser for Washington Mutual and an independent contractor for American Appraisals, Inc and The Coastal Consulting Group, Inc. For American Appraisals and the Coastal Consulting Group, Inc., responsibilities included appraising all type of commercial properties, condominium units and single family residences.
Experience also includes Special Master – Broward County, appointed to the Property Appraisal Adjustment Board of Broward County for the 2008 and 2009 tax years.
